263/365

Today work was mad busy! I didn't even get a chance to do any studying, which is highly unusual because I usually get lots of time by myself without being bothered. We went out to Friday's with Megan after our plans got changed and then spent the night at her house making fun of me and talking Starbucks-talk.

I was kind of in a rut today. Leftover turkey made me all tired and fidgety, but I was okay after I got to work. There were some angry customers that Susan was fighting with, so that piqued my interest. It's always a good time when customers fight back. Then Alex, Dan and I had a date night at Alcupoco's. We finished up the night decorating Alex's tree and watching clips of movies. It was so romantic.

I really wish I took more pictures of Thanksgiving this year, cause this doesn't do it justice. I lost count of the actual amount of people who were there, but I do know that at least 11 people were missing. I may or may not have exaggerated the number and said there are about 60 of us. It might be closer to 40. But I never know cause it seems like by each holiday we have a new kid in the family. I can't keep track anymore.

260/365

I was very very lazy today. I felt a little better, but not enough to move around and get anything done. So I watched The Life Aquatic, and Practical Magic and other movies that I can't seem to recall right now. We baked a pie for tomorrow and it smells pretty good! I don't usually like mincemeat pie, but I might be willing to try it. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

While I'm not that happy with the grade I got on my anatomy test, it really wasn't that bad. I just know that I have to step it up on the next one. I'm running out of next ones though, since it's the final. Thank GOD it's not cumulative. I would cry a little if it was.

258/365

Today was just a bad, bad day. Not much else I'd like to say about it really. Now if you'll excuse me, my cough meds are working rather well and it's my bedtime.

257/365

Well, all I can really say about today will end in complaint cause I was all congested and annoyed and dizzy. Good thing I have NyQuil and camomile! That's why I'm doing this so early, since I'm fading fast.

256/365

It seemed like an exceptionally long day today, I'm getting a little sick and it's turning into such a pain. I wake up all dizzy and congested in the morning and I cough and sniffle all day long. I hate being sick. It sucks so bad. I just took some NyQuil though, so that will knock me out tonight. This is from Not Your Average Joe's tonight, where we utilized Leonard's birthday coupon. Four months later. It was so good though.

255/365

I had a psych test today that I'm pretty sure I aced. You wouldn't believe the options she gives in multiple choice questions. Sometimes it's astounding how obvious she is. After work I helped Megan with another blue photo shoot. Who would have thought simple white rice could smell so bad?

254/365

I don't actually have any good pictures from today, so I figured a screen shot of Green Man would be appropriate given tonight was the season finale of It's Always Sunny. Mum stayed home from work today so that we could start our Christmas shopping early. We got a lot done, so that was excellent.

253/365

The plan was that I was going to go to bed early tonight, but Jon and Kate Plus 8 ruined everything. TLC ruins everything in general. I hate that they put my favorite types of shows on at night (namely families with too many kids or medical mystery) cause I stay up til an unreasonable hour and then I'm screwed up for a few days. By the way, tonight we studied cow eyeballs.

252/365

I had my anatomy test today, and while it sucked at the time, I actually think I did pretty well on it! Except for the arm and leg muscles. Those are SO so confusing. Oh well. I killed myself studying so I hope some good came from it.

251/365

It was a pretty good day. We trolled around the library and searched through many books, some more worthwhile than others as you can see. We even left ourselves a message for us to find in the future! I napped at home and studied for my test tomorrow, and then went to Megan's to help with a sweet photo shoot. It's very difficult to keep a straight face when your subject matter is supposed to be sad.

Another of my secret favorite things is to indulge in face care products. They're just the best. I especially like the kind that dries on your face and then you peel it off. SO good. Sorry this picture is so large, by the way. I didn't realize it would fill the whole window.

249/365

After work today, I met up with Miss Crystal at Chili's for dinner. It was so much fun to catch up with her, I forgot how easy it was to talk to her. I really wish she still worked with me. When I got home I caught up on all the sweet TV I missed and just relaxed. Oh, and discovered Rick Astley will be rick-rolling the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade. Awesome!!

248/365

My fortune cookie from Great Chow says, "When you expect your opponent to yield, you also should avoid hurting him." If that isn't a good example of Engrish, I don't know what is! The waiter told me I looked like I was 15 ( "No you 15!") when we ordered mai tais. Then, since it was so loud and he figured no one could hear anyways, my dad yelled racist things, as per usual when we go out anywhere in public. My mum got silly-drunk and was trying to poke at the piece of pineapple she dropped in her drink and going (over and over) "I'm fishin'. I'm fiiiishin'." They're a lot of fun sometimes.

247/365

I've been spending a little time on this site that's a little silly in concept. Rather than continue my studies for a test that I have no hope of passing, I figured I would read lists upon lists of things that I should be happy about. I think it makes total sense, or is at least entertaining.

246/365

Happy!Octopus is the ultimate cute. I thought it would a nice alternative to the picture I took with my phone of the sheep's brain I dissected tonight in class. Again, with the few readers I have, I fear I would have even less with such a shocking picture. It was pretty cool though and tiny, about the size of the palm of my hand. Sheep aren't known for their mental prowess after all.

245/365

Breakheart Reservation is a ridiculous place in Saugus. It's like Pond Meadow park on crack! We walked around and found this cool pond and hung out with some ducks who seemed to spot us from afar as people who would feed them. It was an excellent time.

244/365

I'm pretty much in love with the Discovery Health channel and it has caused many a sleepless night cause it's so easy to get stuck watching it all. Some stuff is gross, but I can't seem to look away. I wish I could get into it earlier in the day though, so maybe I'll have some hope of getting to bed on time. Not likely.

243/365

I talked via Skype with Michelle today! I was so startled that any form of instant communication that I tried to use, actually worked, and that there was someone on the other end too. And that it was Michelle my belle! Oh my. It was so nice. Then I made 88 (and counting) flash cards for anatomy, which I was proud of. Good day!

242/365

Today was alright. I worked of course, and it went okay. I organized a little in the back and made it look nice. Then Candy came in and decided that a bunch of things needed to be moved. The only problem I have with that is that she always starts one project, makes a mess, and then leaves it there looking like a bomb went off while she starts another one. Meanwhile all the customers have to step over the mess she makes. In the end it looks nice, but the process is such a pain.

241/365

We celebrated Megan's birthday tonight at El Sarape where some of us got super silly on margaritas. Then we had a karaoke/dance party at Jamie's, where we grooved the night away. And then Michelle made a surprise appearance! It was nice to have the gang all together.

240/365

Leonard won free movie tickets from WBCN for an advanced screening of Role Models, so that's what we did tonight. It was hilarious, I must say. I highly recommend it.

239/365

I can't explain the appearance of an Oreo cookie in our utensils drawer tonight, I can only assure you that it really did happen. The hilarious part is that we haven't had Oreos in the house for a couple days, so this cookie has just been sitting there and we didn't even notice it. Don't worry, it's been properly disposed of.

238/365

Happy Election Day (and Megan's birthday) everyone!! I did my civic duty early this morning (but not too early, so I missed the people on the way to work) and it felt really good. I was ballot number 431 and I even contributed to the bake sale Murphy was having! So tasty. Then later tonight, Leonard and I met up with Adam, Adam's girlfriend Cate and Lisa to see Dredg at the Paradise. EXCELLENT. Not only that, but every time I see them I am always amazed at one of the acts they bring along with them. Judgement Day was that band today. They're ridiculous and my jaw dropped open when I heard them, basically.

237/365

I was definitely feeling WERS today, and I even got my dad to get in on it too! I really have nothing to contribute about the goings-on of my day. It was quite a lazy day to say the least.

236/365

I made a non-regulation mailbox that goes directly to Santa, today! I'm pretty sure that's a felony, appearing as a mailbox without any intention of the letters being mailed. Poor kids, they get the shaft.

235/365

Today was alright. Work crawled by since Susan never left and I had nothing to do since she hogs the computer. After, we went to the plaza and walked around there for a little bit. I felt awful though so we had to go home where we watched Grey's and the Office. SO good.
